This ISR presents the WFC3 IR filter throughput at the center of each filter as measured by the Optics Branch at Goddard Space Flight Center (R. Boucarut, M. Quijada and S. Struss). The measured data are compared to the WFC3 CEI specifications and to the design requirements outlined in the GSFC IR Filter specification document (GSFC 2001). Instrument throughput as a function of selected filter, out of band blocking conformance, as well as spatial trends will be documented in future ISRs. Note: The intention of this study is to document the comparison between spec and as- built properties for future reference. Ultimately, the science goals determine the applicability of a specific filter. The WFC3 Science Oversight Committee has reviewed all the measured data, selected the flight candidates, and approved the filter deliveries.
