Following the Hart et al. contribution to this volume, we use the results of her survey to speculate that: (1) Virtually all bright cluster red sequence (CRS) elliptical galaxies in the inner regions (<=500 kpc from the center) of rich clusters are low-luminosity BL Lac Objects with relativistic jets; (2) These low-luminosity AGN may dominate the heat input into the intracluster medium; and (3) While Bondi accretion of ICM gas can explain the central concentration of these AGN, several aspects of non-BCG AGN cast doubt on whether or not gas accretion powers these sources.
