Our sample of 15 clusters participates with +40 km/s in the galactic rotation. A diagram with the two invariants specific axial angular momentum and specific total energy is presented. Eccentricities range from 0.24 to 0.97 with a preference for high values. The observed cluster radii can be regarded as a kind of tidal radii averaged over the orbit.
