Since an introduction of a concept of Collisionless Shock Waves the major trend in understanding the inherent physical processes inside the shock fronts was associated with its multi-scale nature. This feature is present throughout the range of dispersive Shocks (at smaller Mach numbers) and even stronger in the limit of turbulent Shock fronts. The paper is dealing with basic microscopic mechanisms defining multi-scale character of Collisionless Shocks, as applied to Laboratory generated, Space and Astrophysical Shocks
