Two families of time-dependent (analytical) solutions of Einstein equations, describing scalar soliton stars in the thin-wall approximation, are found and discussed. The space-time within the star is self-similar, reinforcing thereby the hypothesis about the formation of these objects during a second-order phase transition. Maximum and minimum values of the final surface potential, compatible with the asymptotic existence of the soliton star, are found.
