Data obtained through radio-interferometric observations using antennas in the Eastern Hemisphere along with antennas of the European VLBI network (which includes Ussuriisk, Bear Lakes, and Evpatoria) are presented. Radio-interferometers operated with a fluctuation sensitivity of 4 mJy. The geocentric coordinates of the Soviet antennas were measured with an accuracy of several meters. A maximum angular resolution of 5 mas was limited by interstellar scattering for maser sources. The major part of the W51 maser emission was concentrated in a 50 mas region. Major maser components are characterized by LSR velocities within a 58.0-59.5 km/s range, a flux density of 40-80 Jy, and a spectral width of 0.37-0.50 km/s (FWHM).
