The quasars in our sample were originally selected and observed in a survey aimed at measuring the deuterium-to-hydrogen abundance ratio (D/H) in the Ly{alpha} forest. The observations were carried out with Keck HIRES through a 1.14" slit resulting in a velocity resolution of ~8km/s (FWHM). The spectra were extracted by the automated program, MAKEE, written by Tom Barlow.
