Recent analyses of tritium β decay can be interpreted as indicating the existence of a heavy electron neutrino Ne of mass about 100 eV. Assuming that the Ne is a mirror neutrino forming a doublet with a heavy mirror electron Le, this paper studies the consequences for neutrino oscillations, double β decay, astrophysics, cosmology, low energy leptonic CC and NC reactions, beam dump experiments, and Z0 and W+/- decay.
