New photoelectric observations of the WN 6 star HD 191765 are reported which provide an improved period for its light variation. The results indicate that the light curve includes a secondary minimum roughly 0.015 m deep. It is concluded that the oboject is a close binary system consisting of the WN 6 star with mass 25-40 solar masses and radius of 7-8 solar radii and a compact companion with radius roughly 1.7 solar radius, bolometric luminosity over 2 x 10 to the 36th erg/sec, and mass of 1-3 solar masses. The companion is either a relativistic star accreting stellar wind from the WN 6 component or, less likely, a helium star.
