From 1.3-A/mm spectra of Alpha-2 CVn taken with the 6-m telescope, high-precision Fe, Cr, Ti line profiles have been derived and their rotation-phase dependence ascertained. The inverse problem is solved to map the surface distribution of these elements. Each is concentrated in differently shaped regions. The enhanced-abundance spots are compared against the magnetic field configuration.
