The dependence of fluxes of precipitating electrons with E less than 30 keV is investigated on the basis of Intercosmos-17 data for different LT sectors. Mean electron fluxes and standard deviations were determined. The character of the LT dependence of the precipitating electrons is connected with the structure of the plasmasphere and the time distribution of VLF emission intensity.
