We present a stationary axisymmetric solution of the Einstein vacuum
equations which could represent the exterior gravitational field of a
rotating mass. The solution possesses all multipole moments, the
Zipoy-Voorhees parameter, and two arbitrary parameters resulting from
two rank-zero Hoenselaers-Kinnersley-Xanthopoulos transformations.
