We study formation scenario of clusters of galaxies by calculation of statistical indicators from numerical simulation results (Yoshikawa et al.). Since formation epoch of clusters depends on formation scenario, open CDM or Λ CDM, and young clusters have substructures, fraction of clusters with substructures are expected to be related with scenario. We obtain statistical indicators for X-ray surface brightness and total mass clumn density. We find that some indicators can be used to distinguish open CDM and Λ CDM.
