Scientific paper
A formalism for the spherical gravitational collapse is presented on the
basis of a generalized theory of gravitation in the sense of
Utiyama-Dewitt. The resulting formalism is similar to that developed by
the author in 1972 that was based on the scalar-tensor theory of
gravity.
