The galactic continuum radiation between lII = 21° and lII = 31° has been surveyed at 4,170 MHz with a beam width of 11 min of arc using the 30 m parabolic antenna of the Kashima Station of the Radio Research Laboratories. The survey will be extended to cover a much wider region, but some interesting results have already been obtained, and are presented here.
