A spin-(3/2 Dirac equation for a massless field is solved in a
Kerr-Newman black-hole background. It is found that, for every black
hole derived from this metric, the solutions cannot satisfy regularity
conditions everywhere. Consequently no black hole in this family can
support this spin-(3/2 charge as a new ``hair.''
