Pulsar dynamic spectra exhibit several features which can be attributed to refractive interstellar scintillation. These include a characteristic drift of the features (which shows changes on time scales of weeks to months) and the much rarer occurrence of fringelike patterns. The drift can be explained by a simple frequency-dependent refractive shift of the diffractive intensity pattern. The two-dimensional correlation of the intensity of the diffractive pattern can be modified to include the refractive effect. In this paper the correlation function of the dynamic spectra is fit with different models to study the time evolution of the parameters of the model for several pulsars. The current results do not show consistent evidence for the simple refractive picture.
