Advances in abundance measurements in primitive meteorites and stars as well as progress in astrophysical models are driving the need for more as well as more accurate (n,γ) reaction-rate measurements. I will describe some recent successes as well as some remaining challenges in measuring the needed rates. In addition, I will briefly discuss how (n,α) measurements are helping to constrain (γ,α) rates for the p process, but at the same time have turned up some surprises.
