Generalized Yukawa-Maxwell Theory combines a generalized Maxwell electromagnetic field theory with a generalized Yukawa interaction (valid for all four fundamental forces), with the fermion-degeneracy energy, and with the size-dependence of mass. Two versions of the theory are considered, where the fermions can be neutrons-protons or u-d-quarks. Mass density, nuclear compressibility and symmetry energy of a neutron star like that associated with the Crab Pulsar show a marked preference for the quark version. The mass stability limit of a quark (neutron) star becoming a black hole is predicted to be 3.6M&sun;.
