We propose to observe a number of planetary nebulae in LMC and SMC. The subsolar metallicities in the Magellanic clouds may result in strong ionization fields and thus unique high-exitation lines in the PNEs, unlike those of their Galactic analogues. Several of the sources will be used as early release observations and for bootstrapping the wavelength calibration of IRS.
