Photoelectric measurements in radial velocity and photometry of the
peculiar double-mode Cepheid CO Aur, confirm the 2 periods P1 = 1d.78
and P2 = 1d.43. A mean radius of 43 +/- 13 solar radii is derived by
applying the Baade-Wesselink method. It is suggested that CO Aur is
radially pulsating in 2 overtone modes, probably 1 and 2.
