Results are reported for photoelectric and photographic photometry of the metal-rich globular cluster NGC 6528. The cluster color-magnitude diagram is discussed, along with the cluster reddening and giant branch. A B-V color excess of 0.52 + or - 0.07 is adopted, and a true distance modulus of 13.93 is determined, which corresponds to R = 6.1 kpc and Z = -0.4 kpc. The position is within the 'central superdisk' of the Galaxy and is shown to be consistent with the high cluster metallicity indicated by Morgan's (1959) metallic line-strength classification as well as by the overall morphology of the cluster color-magnitude diagram.
