Effective temperatures and angular diameters of 13 peculiar B2 - F0 stars with reliable spectrophotometric data in the ultraviolet, visible and infrared ranges are determined. Te and θ values are obtained by means of the method of infrared fluxes (Blackwell and Shallis method) using the total flux of radiation. Mean Te values of B8p - A1p stars are close to the corresponding values for {normal} stars. Effective temperatures of B-type stars with v sin i ≥ 250 km/s are lower than the corresponding values for {normal} stars.
