We will discuss the rotation and activity of 92 young and lithium rich pre-Main Sequence (PMS) late-type stars based on photometric monitoring of their spotted surfaces. Our sample of PMS stars consists of 30 weak-line T Tauri stars and of 62 Post-T Tauri stars. We will discuss the rotational periods for 63 targets. The relationship between coronal X-ray emission and stellar rotation in PMS late-type stars will be presented. The dependence of W(Li I) on theoretical age will be exhibited. The basic physical properties of the 6 most active PMS stars will be discussed. These 6 most active stars are the youngest and the lithium richest stars in our sample, and they demonstrate the largest amplitudes of light variability.
