The goal of the report is to describe evolution of a baryonic matter perturbations' determined by the Universe nonstationary equation of state. It was chosen in the form of Jassal parameterization and describes the special case of dark energy. The result is as follows - the amplitude of baryonic matter perturbations' increases as 3/2 power of time due to the evolution of nonbaryonic matter. It allowed decrease creation time for epoch of baryonic matter up to 10^-39sec.
