The numerical code for modeling of formation and evolution of galaxies is proposed. The gas-dynamical and gravitational engines are based on GADGET-2 code by Springel (MNRAS, 2005, v.364, p.1105). The time-effective model of cooling of gas is realized. The star formation model utilizes the turbulent energy of gas. In the feedback model the dependence of star life time on stellar mass is taken into account. Also the feedback model calculates the abundances of heavy elements, oxygen, ferrum, helium, carbon and nitrogen.
