The primordial gases of eight unequilibrated ordinary chondrites are
strongly fractionated with respect to "cosmic" proportions. The absolute
amounts are roughly proportional to the degree of disequilibration.
Apparently, ordinary chondrites originally contained considerably larger
amounts of primordial rare gases.
