The relationship between coronal holes, high-speed solar wind streams, and the geomagnetic disturbance level is examined on the basis of available data. It is shown that magnetic disturbances near the solar minimum are due to high-speed corpuscular streams associated with coronal holes. The character of the magnetic disturbance depends on stream parameters, particularly the maximum stream velocity.
