Excitation of plasma density fluctuations in a plage region of the solar photosphere and dependence of their spectrum and intensity on height are considered in this report. The fluctuations have to be important for observable fluctuations of spectral lines of ionised components in the photosphere and for appearance of random component of local magnetic field there. Because of low degree of photospheric gas ionization, to describe the gas a three-fluid model was used. In the present consideration it was supposed that ion-electron plasma is submerged in the flow of incompressible neutral gas, and the motion of the gas is not affected by electrically charged particles. A mean plasma-density gradient and a uniform magnetic field were taken into account. It is known from data of observations that the photospheric flows include both organized and random motions, and the random velocity field of the gas obeys a Kolmogorov power law. Using an approach developed earlier for the plasma fluctuations in a quite region of the photosphere an expression for the spectrum of fluctuations with length-scales corresponding to the inertial range of turbulence was obtained for the plage region. The expression allowed us to show that in the height range 150-350 km under the local magnetic field of 500 G the slope of the spatial spectrum has to decrease with increasing the altitude whereas the intensity has to increase in the plage region of photosphere. If the spectrum is approximated by a power law then the power index has to change from -1.42 (h=150 km) to -1.24 (h=350 km). An intensity of the plasma density fluctuations (relative to the local mean plasma density) with length-scales smaller than 100 km increases from 0.0824 to 0.0853 in the chosen height range.
