Laboratory light scattering measurements are performed with the PROGRA2 experiment which allows to study the linear polarization of the scattered light by dust particles as a function of the phase angle. Samples differ by their physical properties (sizes, absorption and compaction). The results obtained for lifted and deposited samples are compared together and to remote observations.
