The giant planets Jupiter and Saturn were found to be the source of fast nano-meter size dust grains. The grains are accelerated by the rotating planetary eld. Previous model of the stream particle acceleration concludes that only positively charged grains can escape from the planetary gravity eld. Here we present a new ejection model for the tiny dust particles and discuss its application for Saturnian stream particles. We treat the stream particles as the end product of the planetary dusts. Considering the quantized nature of electrostatic charge and the charging history for small dust grains, we calculated the ejected particles as function of size, surface charge, escape speed and elevation with respect to the ring plane. We show that both positively and negatively charged grains can escape from the system. The results agree with the CDA observation.
