Abstract In this paper the first observations of solar S-bursts in the
frequency band 10-30MHz obtained with radio telescope UTR-2 are
discussed. More than 700 bursts, which were registered during two solar
storms on July, 11-19 and July, 25 - August, 3 in 2002, were analyzed.
