We discuss neutrino massand consider two processes, neutrinoless double beta decay and ν --> ν oscillation, whose observation would show that neutrinos are their own antiparticles and also that they have mass. We then focus on neutrino magnetic and electric dipole moments. After discussing the laboratory and astrophysical bounds on such moments, we describe ways in which they could influence the behavior of solar neutrinos, and discuss theoretical models which allow them to be large enough to do so.
