An investigation is carried out of the process of variation of ionospheric conductivity within the modified plasma during high-power radio wave propagation. Numerical values of various conductivities for transverse propagation, during the ionosphere modification, were obtained using CIRA 1972 data. It is shown that considerable changes in the magnitudes of the Hall and the Pedersen conductivities take place under the modified situation.
