On April 11.62 UT P. Camilleri photographically discovered Nova Ophiuchi 1991 at photographic magnitude 10. It's position (Epoch 1950) is: 17h 17' 14.02" -26° 43' 27.1".
William Liller reports a PROBLICOM discovery of a nova in the LMC on April 18.04 UT at photographic magnitude 12.3. It's position (Epoch 1950) is: 5h 04' 12.7" -70° 22' 16.2".
Recent observations of 1991T in NGC 4527 put it at ~12.6 magnitude.
Recent estimates of Nova Herculis 1991 are at 12.7 magnitude.
Recent estimates of Nova Centauri 1991 are at 11.5 magnitude.
