The relativistic time delay of the pulsar signal in the curved space time of randomly distributed and moving globular cluster stars is discussed. Taking into account the aberration corrections that arise from the nonstationarity of the gravitational field of ensemble of stars, the expression of this delay is derived. This formula is used to calculate the statistical parameters of the pulsar noise caused by the random passages of stars near the line of sight to the pulsar. The obtained results are considered in the application to the globular clusters which contain the ceiling amount of observed pulsars.
