The open homogeneous isotrope Universe, with an incipient De Sitter phase is considered. For all realistic values of the selfaction constant "lambda" the spontaneous breackdown of the scalar selfacting massless field gayge symmetry take place before De Sitter phase, is shown. The taking in account of the back reaction of the field leads to avoydance of the incipient singularity in cosmology for "lambda" = 10^-2, ..., 10^-12 for z>~10^29, where z^3 is the ratio of the entropy of the Universe at the given moment of time to the entropy of the Universe before the beggining of the inflationary phase.
