An analysis is made of the oscillations of a magnetoactive plasma in a field of plane weak gravitational waves with linear polarization and of arbitrary frequency. It is shown that triple resonance occurs in the case where the gravitational wave frequency coincides with both Langmuir and double Larmor frequencies. It is further shown that the plasma response is selective with respect to gravitational wave polarization. Estimates of the transformation coefficient are presented.
