NASA's Interstellar Boundary Explorer (IBEX) mission provided a kit of museum resources to support a planetarium program in at least 25 planetaria nationwide during IYA in 2009. While more extensive evaluation of this program is planned for 2010, initial description of the program, participating locations, supporting materials and the planetarium show itself will be available. In addition, some of the challenges for conducting a program like this will be discussed. We will share our plans to continue supporting these locations over the life of the grant, which will extend beyond IYA.
