Observations of neutral hydrogen in the face-on spiral UGC 9500, at a
resolution of 2 km s-1 and a S/N ≡200, provide velocity
estimates that are reproducible to 0.05 km s-1. UGC 9500 has
a σV(z) ≡9.2 km s-1 and an inclination
angle to the plane of the sky of ≡3°.5.
