Intercosmos-17 data on fluxes of high-energy trapped electrons at a height of about 500 km in the L range of 1.45-5 are examined. It is shown that a flux of trapped electrons is observed in the outer belt which is roughly equal to the flux of albedo electrons. This trapped-electron flux is observed only in regions of the magnetosphere which contain trapped protons; hence, there may be a genetic connection between these fluxes.
