It has been discussed that magnetic monopoles are overproduced by the phase transition in the early Universe. In order to avoid this overproduction, we investigate a cosmological model with a strongly first-order phase transiton, in which black holes are produced abundantly. By the evaporation of these black holes, baryons and the entropy of the Universe are produced also. We estimate their contributions and obtain the result that the overproduction is, in principle, suppressed without contradiction to the observation of the baryon/entropy ratio, but very fine-tuning of the nucleation rate of true vacuum bubbles is necessary.
