Gamma radiation and secondary-particle production in molecular clouds are investigated theoretically, assuming that the statistical particle acceleration mechanism proposed by Gurevich et al. (1985) operates in these clouds. The stationary spectrum of cosmic rays in these clouds is calculated, and the production rate of secondary particles (pions, muons, electrons, positrons, and antiprotons) is determined.
