Scientific paper

Papers are presented on such topics as the spectrum and anisotropy of ultrahigh-energy cosmic rays in the framework of a single-source model; the generation of secondary particles in molecular clouds; temporal and spatial variations of the energy spectrum of 11-year cosmic-ray variations; and the energy and pitch-angle characteristics of high-energy solar cosmic rays. Consideration is also given to the anisotropy and differential spectrum of high-energy solar particles at 0.8 AU, the correlation of near-earth sporadic radio emission at midlatitudes with protons fluxes observed by Prognoz-8; studies of solar-flare neutrons; and solar cosmic rays and variations of galactic cosmic rays at the growth phase of the 22nd cycle.
