We study the possibility that the universe supercools in connection with the quark-hadron phase transition. Values of the initial quark and final hadron matter energy density allowed by energy conversation and entropy increase are determined and the relations between the cosmological quantities t, R(t) and T(t) are explicitly given. Explicit scenarios based on thermal nucleation of hadron bubbles, bubble growth by defragration and neutrino diffusion are discussed. We conclude that supercooling below 0.6Tc cannot occur.
