A grand unified theory is presented in which all dimensional constants (masses and Newton's gravitational constant) arise due to spontaneous symmetry breaking. The necessary smallness of the amplitude of adiabatic perturations results from the small value of the grand unification energy as compared to Planck's mass, so the introduction of fine-tune small coupling constants is not required.
