Quasars: Radio Radiation

Scientific paper

Measurements of extragalactic sources have been done on a regular basis with the Metsähovi radio telescope since 1980. Most of the observations are done at frequencies 12, 22 and 37 GHz. Since 1984 also 77 GHz and later 87 GHz observations have been done. The higher frequency data, although not so regular and numerous will anyway be important in predicting the behaviour of the sources at lower frequencies. Latest observations of 3C 273 and BL Lac at 22, 37 and 87 GHz are presented.
