Cosmic-ray gradients and diffusion parameters of the interplanetary medium for August-September 1977 are determined according to the mean-diurnal characteristics of the solar-diurnal and north-south anisotropy of cosmic rays from data of neutron monitors and inclined muon telescopes. The amplitude of cosmic-ray anisotropy in interstellar space near the sun is investigated as a function of the diffusion coefficient; the contributions of Loop I, Vela, and Lupus Loop are taken into account.
