A universe is conceived as a gravitational quantum fluctuation stablized
by coherent black hole creation out of expansion energy. The initial
temperature is determined (T = 4.57 × 1016 GeV) and the
adiabatic era causally explained. The theory has far-reaching
implications for quantum gravity.
