A simple theoretical model is presented for plasma accretion in a
rotating black hole satisfying the conditions of stationarity,
axisymmetry, infinite conductivity, and weak fields. The model shows
clearly how, in a realistic situation, momentum can be extracted from
the black hole and a net charge induced on it.
